My personal experience.

I remember when I have started my first class of English (in the university), and when the students of second year told me: "it´s weird class, because you need to write blogs and make a presentation and speak, it´s not a normal English like scholar English". So I started to think "it´s will be boring, get forced to write of topics i don´t really like it". (I really don´t like it to write). But when the blogs have started, it was when my troubles have started, Actually I only use my computer for play videogames (if I have time, thing I don´t have it) and study, so we have an initial class of how I have to use and make our own blog, (at that time it´s still boring me) but when I have started to write my first blog my mind, my thought about write in English, or write in a blogs it was totally changed, yes, it´s not much boring, and when we can vote for our next blogs, that´s get me happiness, because it´s will be more interesting topics, selected by my companions,

So... I think I can write of everything, it´s would be great to teach about some interesting topics what I don´t really know it. And getting more knowledge. 

I think I will miss write or get more practice writing and reading about blogs, and the experience of everyone in the same topic.

 OHHH!!! I Always have one idea to get more practice, it´s; every month or week, anyone of the students bring a song, obviously in English, and we could sing that song, losing the fear to the bad pronunciation (and read the letter of the song, learning more words).

 I recommend to everyone to write o try to practice English, and lose the fear to make the ridiculous, it´s a really necessary language
